CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
Order cancellations and refunds are not available for any orders as per our store policy. 
Instead, you can initiate an exchange request by following the steps mentioned below.

EXCHNAGE PROCESS
To Exchange the product, Please send us an e-mail at "tensiclothing7@gmail.com" within 3 days of receiving the product or contact the "Customer Care Team".

Exchanges can be done for the "size issue" only once.
Once the product has been used, We have all the rights to Decline the Exchange Request.
In case, You receive a Damaged product, please contact us at "tensaiclothing7@gmail.com" or contact the "Customer Care team" on the same day of receiving the product and we will respond within 24 hours.
The Exchange requests can be Accepted or Declined based on the Quality Check Process of the product.
 
Notice: In case the product does not meet the criteria of quality or if the product is damaged or used by the customer,
We have all the rights to Decline the Exchange Request.

LOST PACKAGES

ONCE THE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED AND ONCE WE GET THE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MESSAGE, Tensai Clothing IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES OR SOTLEN ITEMS, FOR ASSIATANCE YOU CAN CONTACT THE COURIER PARTNER, AND THEREFORE ALL THE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU BY DUFFER STREET OR YOU CAN CONTACT US AT "tensiclothing7@gmail..com".

SHIPPING THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT

Once the Exchange request is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the Tensai clothing hub and also provide the tracking ID for the shipment  via e-mail ID to tensai clothing

EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive the Product at our Hub, We will initiate the exchange within 2-4 business days

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchanges can be done for the product with the "Size Issues" and that too only once.

In case of an Exchange, If the following product is not available at tensaiclothing, then we will send you a unique coupon code of the same amount via Email.
